How is my price calculated ?

When estimating the work to be perfomed we take in mind all variables and use our experience to evaluate them one by one.  We realize that all jobs are different and we treat each one that way.  Some of the variables are:

Grading-  How much dirt do we need to take out/ or bring in to achieve required slope per plan or according to owners request.

Drainage- Which direction is requiered for the water to flow.

Break out/ Haul off-  When breaking up and hauling off concrete we have to find out where  the nearest concrete recycling facility is.

Concrete Ready Mix- We also have to coordinate with the nearest concrete plant with good quality concrete to achieve a good concrete finish.

City permits- is the work the we are doing going to require a permit?

Completion Time -Amount of Days to complete jobs, do we have to meet a deadline.

Reinforcement- How much rebar is required by drawings or owner/ What size rebar

Concrete placement- How will the concrete be placed ? Will have have to wheelbaroow, pump , or tailgate concrete.

Sprinkler systems- Will we have to repair or move existing lines, add new zones , or cap any lines.

Debris cleanup- Will we have to haul off our own debris or will owner have a container ?

Lanscaping- Will we be required to place bank sand or fine sand on sides of driveway or concrete where forms were placed ? Will we be required to place grass and grade adjacent dirt to driveway?

These are some examples of variables that we factor when giving you an estimate. They can make a big difference when evaluating estimates from other companies with out years of experience and customer service.
